Adjusting to the new normal is not easy, especially when you are trying to eat healthy and go eco at the same time, but fret not as we got your back
Here are some tips from us when packing your healthy lunchbox:
- Make versatile meals!
Plan out your meals for the week and prep them early. You can use a variety of proteins and rotate between them, such as salmon, chicken, or even tofu (vegan option!), to ensure variety in your nutrient source! - Keep them balanced!
Remember to include fruits and veggies in your meals as they contain lesser calories and fat. They make sure you get your daily dose of vitamins too! - Pack your meal using a good lunchbox!
